A Clean Oasis Amidst Some Shortcomings
The spacious King Room offered a peaceful retreat, but I struggled with some inconveniences. The staff at the front desk could improve their hospitality. After a long day, I appreciated the cleanliness of the room. however, a microwave and fridge would have enhanced my stay. Consider packing snacks!

The hotel definitely had some ups and downs during our stay. On the bright side, we appreciated the large room with a mini fridge and microwave, which was convenient for our needs. However, the breakfast options were quite disappointing, with pre-packaged items that didn't feel fresh.

The King Room was a decent size and had a mini fridge and microwave. However, it was lacking basics like toilet paper and cups, which was a bit frustrating. The lobby looked nice, but the atmosphere in the room felt a bit neglected. It was relatively clean, but the furniture wasn’t the most comfortable. Would’ve loved some better breakfast options too!

The place had a decent size room with a mini fridge and microwave, which made our short stay more comfortable. It was conveniently located right off the highway, making it easy for us to get around. Unfortunately, the hot tub was broken and breakfast options were lacking, with only pre-packaged items available. Overall, it wasn’t a great experience, but the room size and location were the highlights of our visit.

My recent stay at Anz Hotels was very pleasant. The room was clean and well-maintained, with an exceptionally comfortable bed and soft pillows that ensured a good night's sleep. The staff was friendly and attentive, making check-in and other interactions smooth and efficient. The location was also convenient for my work commitments, making it a great base during my trip.
Road noise may be bothersome for light sleepers.

missingWrote a review on Sept 01clean roomgreat locationfriendly staffoverwhelmed front desklimited pantryuncomfortable chairs
Checking in at Anz Hotels felt a bit messy. The front desk seemed overwhelmed and took a while to assist. The room itself had a nice layout, but I found the furniture rearranged awkwardly in front of the beds. I had to move a heavy dresser just to get to the windows. The proximity to a grocery store was a plus, making it easy to grab snacks. Unfortunately, the pantry had limited drink options, and the pool was closed during my stay. I also noticed the lounge chairs in the common area weren’t very comfortable and didn’t seem clean. My bed was a bit firm, which didn't help my sleep. Despite the cleanliness in my room, common areas felt neglected. Coffee in the lobby could really use an upgrade. I enjoyed the complimentary coffee but noticed the pastries looked old and lacking variety.

We stayed with our kids and found the location really convenient, just a short drive from local attractions like the Snow Mountain Ski Area. Plus, the hotel was right across from the supermarket, which made grabbing snacks super easy for us.
In my wife’s opinion, the bathroom could really use some more space for families with kids.

Had a great time with friends at this hotel! We visited the Snow Mountain Ski Area and caught a RailRiders game just a short drive away. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were comfy. Perfect spot for our group adventure!
We did have a hiccup with our first room door not locking properly, but the staff was quick to help us move to another room.
